Our store is built and hosted through Webflow, which allows us to provide e-commerce, watch trades, and consignment services.

You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks or devices, as well as changes to conform to the technical requirements of those networks or devices. Credit card and banking information is always encrypted during transfer.

SALES, TRADES, AND CONSIGNMENTS

We offer watches for direct sale, trade, and consignment. In all cases, the terms of the transaction will be agreed upon in writing between both parties. All watch sales are final, and returns or refunds are considered only on a case-by-case basis. If a product is received damaged, defective, or significantly not as described—and the issue is confirmed to be a result of our error—we will evaluate the case and may offer a refund or exchange. We also accept exchanges in situations where a customer wishes to trade a purchased watch for another piece from our inventory, subject to availability and approval.

All consignment and trade services are subject to additional terms communicated during the onboarding process of those services.

BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed using the same customer account, the same credit card, or the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event of a change to or cancellation of an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time the order was placed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. You are responsible for promptly updating your account and contact information, including email address and payment details.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may provide you with access to third-party tools and services which we neither monitor nor control. These include, but are not limited to, payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay), marketing platforms (e.g., Twilio, Instantly), and analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). USER-GENERATED CONTENT

You may submit testimonials, reviews, or other content. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, edit, publish, or share such content across our platforms and marketing materials.
